Wright Coating Technologies runs two coating processes you will not find anywhere else, plus dedicated capability for aluminum and plastic parts. Our plastic powder coating process puts durable, decorative powder on non-conductive plastics. Wrylon lays down a controlled-thickness Nylon 11 film for parts that have to survive corrosion, chemicals, and wear. Six coating lines in one plant in Kalamazoo, Michigan, ISO 9001:2015 registered since 1997. Pick a process below, or send us the print and we will tell you which one fits.
Powder Coating of Plastic
Our exclusive process for powder coating glass-reinforced nylon and other high-temperature plastics. Any substrate that holds up to 385°F (196°C) can be coated, in color, texture, or metallic.
Wrylon
Proprietary Nylon 11 process for corrosion, chemical, and wear resistance. Controlled film build, typically 3.5 mils ± 1.5 mils (89 µm ± 38 µm), for tight-tolerance parts.
Powder Coating Aluminum
Cast, extruded, stamped, and machined aluminum in all common alloys. Full wash and blast prep, masking to print, and ASTM-based quality checks on every run.
Powder Coating Plastic
Color and clear powder coatings on non-conductive, nylon-reinforced plastic. The easy path when you are converting a part from metal to plastic.
