Controlled Thickness Nylon: Wrylon

Some leading automotive manufacturers complained about noisy drive shafts and came to us for help. In 1994, Wright Coating Technologies developed a proprietary "controlled thickness" process for applying Nylon 11 on splines and mating close tolerance parts, thus eliminating annoying "clunks" and vibrations. Since that time, we have coated millons of parts, solving a very difficult problem.
